Rabchi operates a fully duty-paid (DDP) service. Any applicable import duties, customs charges or taxes are covered entirely by us — you will never be asked to pay any extra duty or tax on delivery. The amount you pay at checkout is the complete, final price.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship with trusted partners such as FedEx, UPS and DHL Express. Carrier selection may vary by destination and availability. Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Order Accuracy & Changes

Please provide a correct shipping address at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering by emailing contact@rabchi.com. Once an order is processed or shipped, the address can no longer be changed. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged, Lost or Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order on delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number and we’ll provide a suitable solution in line with our return policy. If your order is delayed beyond the estimate or appears lost, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the carrier to resolve it.

All prices are listed in USD. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout — there are no hidden processing fees, and the checkout total is the final amount you pay.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After it’s processed or shipped, the address can’t be changed.
