Return Policy

At Rabchi, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your leather jacket, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-measure items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@rabchi.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
