✓ You qualify for a refund when

  • You return an eligible item within 30 days, unworn and in original condition
  • Your item arrived faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered
  • Your order was cancelled before it shipped

✗ Non-refundable

  • Original shipping charges (note: shipping is free on all orders)
  • Custom or made-to-measure items
  • Items returned worn, washed or without tags

Refunds — within 7 business days

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email; your bank or card issuer may take a little extra time to post the funds. We never charge restocking fees.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund after 7 business days, please email contact@rabchi.com and we’ll resolve it quickly. Keep in mind that banks and card issuers can take additional time to post a refund once we’ve issued it.
